Ingredients:
- 2 cups ripe (but still firm) peaches
- 2 cups blueberries
- 4 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 2 tbs sugar
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Put butter in baking dish, place in oven just until melted
3. Meanwhile - mix together dry ingredients...add milk and whisk until smooth batter.
4. Pour over top of melted butter, then spoon peaches and blueberries on top. Do not mix. Sprinkle remaining 2 tbs of sugar over the top of entire dish.
5. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until the batter is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
